回轉窯焚燒爐垃圾處理系統
工藝包(bao)含廢(fei)物(wu)預(yu)(yu)(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、焚(fen)燒系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、煙氣處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等幾個部(bu)分(fen)。其中,廢(fei)物(wu)預(yu)(yu)(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)包(bao)括廢(fei)物(wu)的預(yu)(yu)(yu)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)和(he)(he)進料(liao)工序;焚(fen)燒系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)由(you)(you)回(hui)(hui)轉窯和(he)(he)二(er)燃室、出渣及控制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)組成;煙氣處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)由(you)(you)余熱回(hui)(hui)收(shou)、急冷和(he)(he)除塵設備、酸(suan)性氣體吸收(shou)組成。
回(hui)轉窯(yao)焚(fen)燒爐(lu)指的(de)(de)是(shi)本體(ti)(ti)內增設(she)襯(chen)(chen)爐(lu)的(de)(de)焚(fen)燒爐(lu),其中,本體(ti)(ti)材質為(wei)鋼板,本體(ti)(ti)形狀為(wei)圓筒狀,襯(chen)(chen)爐(lu)具有(you)良好的(de)(de)耐火效果(guo)。它(ta)主要有(you)三種形式,第一(yi)種即熔(rong)融(rong)爐(lu)和非(fei)熔(rong)融(rong)爐(lu),前者(zhe)焚(fen)燒溫度(du)在1250℃左右,它(ta)支(zhi)持高分(fen)子化合物(wu)(wu)、有(you)機(ji)物(wu)(wu)在同一(yi)時(shi)間進行處理,后者(zhe)燃(ran)燒溫度(du)在1105℃左右;第二(er)種按(an)照氣、固(gu)體(ti)(ti)在回(hui)轉窯(yao)內流(liu)(liu)動(dong)的(de)(de)方(fang)向,分(fen)為(wei)順流(liu)(liu)爐(lu)和逆流(liu)(liu)爐(lu),前者(zhe)指的(de)(de)是(shi)氣流(liu)(liu)方(fang)向與廢(fei)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)動(dong)方(fang)向一(yi)致,后者(zhe)指的(de)(de)是(shi)氣流(liu)(liu)方(fang)向與廢(fei)物(wu)(wu)流(liu)(liu)動(dong)方(fang)向相(xiang)反,利用廢(fei)棄(qi)物(wu)(wu)溫度(du)差(cha)異(yi)顯(xian)著,能在短時(shi)間內完成水分(fen)蒸發;第三種是(shi)帶耐火材料(liao)或非(fei)耐火材料(liao)的(de)(de)回(hui)轉窯(yao)焚(fen)燒爐(lu)。
回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)焚燒(shao)爐具有廣泛的(de)材料適用性,可同(tong)時(shi)處(chu)理固體、液體和(he)氣體的(de)危險廢(fei)物。回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)是一個中空(kong)的(de)鋼瓶,有輕微傾斜的(de)內襯和(he)耐火(huo)磚,通常很長。經過(guo)(guo)預(yu)處(chu)理和(he)兼(jian)容性的(de)各類危險廢(fei)物通過(guo)(guo)不同(tong)喂養(yang)方(fang)式進(jin)入(ru)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)系統,在自身(shen)重力和(he)回(hui)轉(zhuan)窯(yao)的(de)連(lian)續旋轉(zhuan),浪費的(de)推(tui)動力下爐體翻轉(zhuan)和(he)助燃(ran)(ran)空(kong)氣充(chong)分接(jie)觸(chu),完(wan)成干燥(水蒸發(fa))、氣化和(he)燃(ran)(ran)燒(shao)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),最后殘(can)留的(de)預(yu)熱器成渣,渣通過(guo)(guo)水封(feng)機連(lian)續放電。
回轉窯焚燒爐應用優勢及系統組成:
回轉(zhuan)窯焚(fen)燒爐在回轉(zhuan)作(zuo)(zuo)用的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響下高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)攪動廢料,它能(neng)根據危險廢物變化情況提供(gong)相應的(de)(de)(de)燃燒操作(zuo)(zuo),同(tong)時,它能(neng)起到良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)隔熱效(xiao)(xiao)果,支(zhi)持長時間停留,最終實現理想(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)焚(fen)燒目(mu)標。
主要包括空氣(qi)供給(gei)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、回(hui)(hui)轉窯、輔助燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、二燃(ran)(ran)(ran)室、余熱鍋爐、煙氣(qi)凈化系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、除渣裝置等,其(qi)中,回(hui)(hui)轉窯的(de)制作材料(liao)主要為耐(nai)火性良(liang)好的(de)鋼板卷,其(qi)簡(jian)體保持一(yi)定(ding)斜度(du)與水平線,并(bing)合(he)理定(ding)位于支撐裝置。受(shou)回(hui)(hui)轉作用影(ying)響,各(ge)類廢物能夠均勻摻(chan)雜,逐步(bu)析出(chu)、燃(ran)(ran)(ran)盡。回(hui)(hui)轉窯適宜(yi)溫度(du)在840~910℃,主要由燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒器進行溫度(du)調節,常(chang)見燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)類型主要有兩種,第(di)一(yi)種即氣(qi)體燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao),第(di)二種即液體燃(ran)(ran)(ran)料(liao)。
回轉窯焚燒爐進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要包括固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)和半固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)及(ji)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。(1)固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)和半固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)破碎(sui)后的廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)存儲在料(liao)(liao)(liao)坑中(zhong),由(you)抓斗送(song)(song)至回轉窯。進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)形式有(you)(you)推桿進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)、溜(liu)槽進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)和螺(luo)旋(xuan)輸(shu)送(song)(song)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)。工程實(shi)踐(jian)證明,溜(liu)槽進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)可以(yi)(yi)防(fang)止回火、堵塞,且能夠(gou)防(fang)止廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)在進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)中(zhong)產(chan)生粘(zhan)結(jie)、結(jie)焦。(2)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)料(liao)(liao)(liao)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要由(you)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)過(guo)濾(lv)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)輸(shu)送(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)霧(wu)化(hua)噴(pen)入(ru)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)及(ji)有(you)(you)關的控制、維護(hu)等輔(fu)助設(she)備(bei)組(zu)成(cheng)。在廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)送(song)(song)入(ru)噴(pen)嘴前必(bi)須經過(guo)預處(chu)理,去除廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)中(zhong)的固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)雜(za)質,以(yi)(yi)便于(yu)泵的輸(shu)送(song)(song)和噴(pen)嘴的霧(wu)化(hua)。由(you)于(yu)危險(xian)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)處(chu)置(zhi)接受的廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)來源(yuan)較為(wei)廣泛,種類(lei)極為(wei)復(fu)雜(za),多為(wei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)礦物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)油(you)、有(you)(you)機溶劑和乳(ru)化(hua)液(ye)類(lei)。該類(lei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)大多含有(you)(you)顆粒物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質,因此(ci)必(bi)須對(dui)(dui)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行過(guo)濾(lv),除去雜(za)質,使其所含固(gu)(gu)(gu)體(ti)粒徑降低(di)(di)至合適水平以(yi)(yi)下。有(you)(you)些液(ye)體(ti)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)黏度較高,還需在罐區設(she)置(zhi)伴(ban)熱保溫(wen)措施,以(yi)(yi)保證廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)不在輸(shu)送(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)堵塞。在設(she)備(bei)調試(shi)過(guo)程中(zhong)確定伴(ban)熱溫(wen)度,如(ru)果伴(ban)熱溫(wen)度過(guo)高,廢(fei)(fei)(fei)液(ye)中(zhong)某些沸點低(di)(di)的組(zu)分就(jiu)會揮發出來,形成(cheng)氣(qi)液(ye)兩相流,對(dui)(dui)下游的焚燒設(she)備(bei)及(ji)輸(shu)送(song)(song)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)產(chan)生危害。
回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)焚燒(shao)爐二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)在(zai)這一過程(cheng)中(zhong),工作(zuo)人員通過調節窯(yao)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)傾斜(xie)角度和傳送速度來控制(zhi)固(gu)體(ti)廢棄物在(zai)窯(yao)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)具體(ti)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)間,以及廢棄物產物與空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)混(hun)合(he)程(cheng)度。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)增(zeng)加了一個(ge)裂(lie)(lie)解(jie)爐煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)。裂(lie)(lie)解(jie)爐煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)在(zai)下(xia)筒體(ti),安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)高度與回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)窯(yao)尾(wei)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)齊平(ping)(ping),從平(ping)(ping)面上(shang)(shang)看,與回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)窯(yao)尾(wei)入(ru)口(kou)(kou)成(cheng)(cheng)垂直方(fang)向。這樣既(ji)可(ke)(ke)(ke)處理回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)焚燒(shao)的(de)(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),也可(ke)(ke)(ke)處理裂(lie)(lie)解(jie)爐焚燒(shao)的(de)(de)(de)高溫(wen)(wen)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)(ke)同時(shi)應用(yong)于兩個(ge)焚燒(shao)系統(tong),節約(yue)了設備成(cheng)(cheng)本和運行成(cheng)(cheng)本。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)筒體(ti)中(zhong)間設有(you)縮(suo)口(kou)(kou),能(neng)使回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)和裂(lie)(lie)解(jie)爐的(de)(de)(de)兩種煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)混(hun)合(he)均(jun)(jun)勻。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)設有(you)余熱二(er)(er)次風(feng)供(gong)風(feng)管路,二(er)(er)次風(feng)對煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)進(jin)行擾(rao)動(dong),從而(er)延(yan)(yan)長煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)間,同時(shi)對煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)燃(ran)燒(shao)進(jin)行補(bu)氧(yang)。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)流(liu)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)速度、溫(wen)(wen)度分(fen)析。分(fen)析結果表明(ming),通過增(zeng)加縮(suo)口(kou)(kou)和二(er)(er)次風(feng)的(de)(de)(de)擾(rao)動(dong),上(shang)(shang)部筒體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流(liu)速度較低,延(yan)(yan)長了煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)停(ting)留(liu)時(shi)間;上(shang)(shang)部筒體(ti)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度分(fen)布(bu)比(bi)較均(jun)(jun)勻,避免了出現局部過熱的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang)。二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)底部設有(you)風(feng)冷(leng)排渣(zha)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,可(ke)(ke)(ke)及時(shi)將(jiang)灰渣(zha)排出,防止(zhi)積灰。同時(shi),冷(leng)卻風(feng)也能(neng)對二(er)(er)級(ji)燃(ran)燒(shao)室(shi)(shi)進(jin)行補(bu)氧(yang)。風(feng)冷(leng)排渣(zha)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置由兩部分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),上(shang)(shang)部的(de)(de)(de)一排齒輥將(jiang)大(da)塊灰渣(zha)打(da)碎,防止(zhi)大(da)塊灰渣(zha)下(xia)落時(shi)對下(xia)部設備造成(cheng)(cheng)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)沖擊,同時(shi)使灰渣(zha)均(jun)(jun)勻;下(xia)部布(bu)置有(you)冷(leng)風(feng)管道,冷(leng)風(feng)持(chi)續(xu)吹入(ru),對高溫(wen)(wen)灰渣(zha)進(jin)行快(kuai)速冷(leng)卻。
回轉窯(yao)焚燒(shao)爐焚燒(shao)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)污染控制系統:進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)回轉窯(yao)焚燒(shao)爐的(de)廢物(wu)(wu)(wu)經(jing)過(guo)燃燒(shao)后(hou),大部分可(ke)燃性(xing)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)被(bei)轉化為氣(qi)(qi)態(tai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)從而實現(xian)廢物(wu)(wu)(wu)減容目的(de),這些氣(qi)(qi)態(tai)物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)往往含有(you)飛(fei)灰(hui)、飄塵等物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),必須經(jing)過(guo)嚴格(ge)的(de)后(hou)續處(chu)理(li)才能安全(quan)排放至環(huan)境(jing)中。通(tong)常(chang)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)處(chu)理(li)工(gong)藝流程為:焚燒(shao)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)經(jing)急冷塔冷卻至180~200℃后(hou),進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)循環(huan)流化床,噴入(ru)(ru)(ru)消石(shi)灰(hui)粉/石(shi)灰(hui)漿(jiang)和活性(xing)炭,處(chu)理(li)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)酸性(xing)氣(qi)(qi)體和二噁(wu)英類物(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),再利(li)用布袋除塵器除去(qu)粉塵,隨(sui)后(hou)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)濕式洗(xi)滌(di)塔進(jin)(jin)一步去(qu)除污染物(wu)(wu)(wu),洗(xi)滌(di)塔出口(kou)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度降至75℃左右,經(jing)再熱(re)器加熱(re)到120~140℃后(hou)由煙(yan)(yan)(yan)囪排入(ru)(ru)(ru)大氣(qi)(qi)。通(tong)常(chang)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)污染物(wu)(wu)(wu)排放情(qing)況通(tong)過(guo)在煙(yan)(yan)(yan)囪上(shang)設置煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣(qi)(qi)在線監測(ce)設施進(jin)(jin)行檢測(ce)。
回轉窯焚(fen)燒爐(lu)實際設(she)計(ji)的(de)過程中,應(ying)做好傾(qing)斜(xie)度(du)(du)、長度(du)(du)以及(ji)轉速等各個(ge)方(fang)面的(de)配合(he),同(tong)時,合(he)理設(she)置停(ting)留時間(jian),其中,最佳斜(xie)度(du)(du)在(zai)(zai)(zai)1.5°左右,最佳停(ting)留時間(jian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)0.5~2h。針對(dui)二燃室進行設(she)計(ji)時,主要以高(gao)效(xiao)燃盡(jin)為目標,同(tong)時煙(yan)(yan)(yan)塵還應(ying)有序分離。實際設(she)計(ji)時,應(ying)將(jiang)溫度(du)(du)控制在(zai)(zai)(zai)1100℃左右,煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣停(ting)滯時間(jian)不小于(yu)2s,滿足(zu)這一條件的(de)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣處(chu)理工作(zuo),能夠真正實現(xian)有害成(cheng)分的(de)去除。此外,在(zai)(zai)(zai)適(shi)當位(wei)置增設(she)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣緊(jin)急排放煙(yan)(yan)(yan)囪(cong),一旦設(she)備出現(xian)運(yun)行故障,應(ying)及(ji)時啟動緊(jin)急設(she)備。
危險廢物(wu)(wu)具有(you)(you)較強(qiang)的特(te)殊(shu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)危害(hai)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),受到各國的重點(dian)關注。焚(fen)燒(shao)法(fa)是(shi)當前危廢處(chu)置(zhi)的主(zhu)流(liu)熱處(chu)理技術,原理是(shi)在(zai)高溫爐(lu)膛內使危險廢物(wu)(wu)中的有(you)(you)毒(du)有(you)(you)害(hai)物(wu)(wu)質深度氧(yang)化、徹底分解(jie),高效實現無(wu)害(hai)化和(he)減(jian)量化。焚(fen)燒(shao)法(fa)在(zai)國外已經(jing)有(you)(you)近30年(nian)的發展歷史,技術成熟,應用(yong)(yong)廣(guang)泛。焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)型主(zhu)要有(you)(you):回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)、流(liu)化床焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)、熱解(jie)爐(lu)、固定(ding)床焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu)、廢液(ye)噴(pen)射爐(lu)等。其中應用(yong)(yong)最(zui)廣(guang)泛的是(shi)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)窯(yao)焚(fen)燒(shao)爐(lu),其優點(dian)是(shi)適應性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)強(qiang),可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)(yong)于處(chu)理除放射性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)爆(bao)炸性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)廢物(wu)(wu)之外的固態、液(ye)態、氣態可(ke)燃危險廢物(wu)(wu),還可(ke)以(yi)回收熱能和(he)重金屬等。
危險(xian)廢物處置回轉窯焚燒爐技(ji)術(shu)要求和(he)工藝(yi)流程:
回轉窯焚(fen)燒(shao)爐技術要求:出(chu)口干煙氣(qi)氧氣(qi)量在(zai)0%~6%;燃燒(shao)效率≥99.9%;焚(fen)毀去除率≥99.99%,焚(fen)燒(shao)殘渣熱灼減率<5%;保(bao)持(chi)焚(fen)燒(shao)爐處于負(fu)壓(ya)狀態,這能實現有害氣(qi)體的全面(mian)控制;在(zai)適當位置增設尾氣(qi)凈(jing)化系統和應(ying)急處理(li)設備;合(he)理(li)應(ying)用焚(fen)燒(shao)制度(du),堅持(chi)實施輪班(ban)制,合(he)理(li)規(gui)(gui)(gui)定倒班(ban)時(shi)間;規(gui)(gui)(gui)定焚(fen)燒(shao)爐應(ying)用時(shi)間以及服務年(nian)限(xian);嚴格(ge)遵(zun)循煙氣(qi)排放(fang)要求,規(gui)(gui)(gui)范排放(fang)行(xing)為。
